For Spring 2026, instructors will need to opt into Course Capture in order to for their courses to be recorded. For multiple instructor courses, each instructor must individually opt in before recordings will be scheduled. All official instructors meeting in a Course Capture eligible room will receive an announcement email to opt in and to adjust their Course Capture at least two weeks prior to instruction start. Please review the following steps below if you want to use Course Capture.
What to do prior to semester start
-
Work with your departmental scheduler to make sure your course is scheduled in a classroom that has the Course Capture capabilities that you need. Here's a guide for Department Schedulers
