DIY Media

About DIY Media Service

The Do-It-Yourself Media Service supports instructors looking to create video or audio content for online lectures, flipped classroom activities, blended learning materials, tutorial videos and more. We can help you maximize your home setup to record the best possible audio and video. If you schedule a consultation, we can guide you through setting up your recording space, navigating consumer editing software like Adobe Rush, and other tools to help you translate your best teaching into media for your students. We aim to empower instructors with expert guidance and support to create content that supports the best possible learning outcomes.

For the Spring 2025 semester we are piloting a new program where undergraduate students can utilize the DIY Media studio for course related work.
