How it works

1. CBTF Staff confirms exam dates with instructor

Course staff creates the assessment in PrairieLearn and link it via PrairieTest with a multi-day booking window confirmed by CBTF Staff.

2. Students self-schedule

Students log in to PrairieTest and reserve any available slot within the window. Reservations can be changed up to 10 minutes before the start of the session.

3. Proctored exam session

Students check in with their Cal ID, sit at an assigned computer, and take the exam under proctor supervision.
