Recommended Options

Neat Bar, Neat Bar Pro and Neat Pad

RTL has extensive experience with the Neat line of Zoom Room appliances, both internally and with space installs, and we are happy to share our experiences with them. The standard Neat Bar is a great choice for a basic install and is generally our recommendation for smaller rooms. The Neat Bar Pro (pictured above) is the larger version with additional camera, microphone and speaker capability. It can handle a midsized room fairly well on it's own.

The Neat Pad (also pictured above) is a standard Zoom Room control surface. It comes bundled with the Neat Bars or can be purchased on it's own for use with other systems. RTL has had good experiences with the Neat Pad both for Neat Bar systems and for use with other installations.

Poly X30, X50 and TP80

Poly X50 and TC80

Similar to the Neat units, Poly (formerly Polycom) has a range of bars and a touch pad suitable for small to medium rooms. The Poly X50 and the TP80 touch panel are pictured here. Poly has a rich heritage with conferencing and RTL is using their products in some installations.
