Third Party Vendors

Through a competitive RFP process completed in 2019, the UC system's Procurement team has established systemwide contract agreements with four vendors. These agreements include audio and visual products, with associated professional services, available at a discount to all UC locations and projects that serve as options for departmental spaces AV design and installation.

Our team has direct experience with Key Code Media and One Diversified. We are happy to share our experiences with these two vendors with our UC colleagues upon request.

For Zoom Room specific installations, Zoom Professional Services is also an option that we have experience with. The UC Berkeley sales representative is George Mourgos (

RTL only installs equipment in GA classrooms. For departmental spaces, your options are:
  1. Check out a portable AV kit from RTL (subject to availability)

  2. Purchase your own portable equipment

  3. Use a 3rd party vendor to install commercial-grade AV equipment in your departmental space

Yes. Although RTL doesn’t install equipment in departmental classrooms, we’re happy to consult and brainstorm with you.

Who can I contact at RTL for additional assistance?
