Scheduling a Test

Please note that all tests must be scheduled by Monday, April 28, 2025.

Step 1: Log into RegisterBlast

Since the terminology used by RegisterBlast may differ from that used on the UC Berkeley campus, use this short guide to help navigate the test scheduling process.

  • Choose a group: Select the first four letters of the course code for the class in which you are taking the test.

  • Choose an exam: Select the specific test you need to take.

  • Select accommodations: Mark the box next to the accommodations you would like to use during your test. You are not required to use all of your approved accommodations each time you test. Please select only the accommodations you wish to use for this specific test.

  • Choose a date: Select the day you plan to take the test. Your options will be limited by the testing window set by the instructor and available seating.

  • Choose a time: Select the time you would like to begin your test. (Your options will be limited by the testing window set by the instructor and available seating.)

  • Confirm your information: Ensure that your personal information is correct. If any details are incorrect, email ahtesting@berkeley.edu for assistance.

  • Acknowledge exam guidelines: Carefully read this section, as it outlines expectations for all test-takers at the A&H Testing Center. Mark the box below the acknowledgment to indicate your agreement.

Step 2:

Select 'Add to Cart' and complete the checkout process. If you are scheduling multiple tests, you can repeat the above steps before finalizing your registration.

If your registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation email in your inbox immediately.

Test Day Information

1. Find us on the map. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the B and C levels of Dwinelle to ensure timely arrival on test day.

Please note that your testing session will be canceled if you have not checked in within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time.

2. Make a copy in advance of any note sheets your instructor permits for use during the test.

The A&H Testing Center collects all testing materials, including any note sheets you are permitted to use during the test. If you would like to keep your note sheet after completing the test, please make a copy beforehand, as we do not provide printing services.

3. Bring your UC Berkeley student ID card.

A physical photo ID is required to take your test at the A&H Testing Center. If you do not have your physical UC Berkeley Student ID card, we also accept government-issued identification, such as a driver’s license, state ID card, military ID, or passport. We may also ask questions to verify your identity.

The A&H Testing Center does not accept digital ID cards. Please ensure you have a physical form of identification.
