Arts & Humanities Testing Center

Arts & Humanities Testing Center

Deadline for Students to Register: Monday, April 28, 2025

Welcome to the A&H Testing Center!

Sponsored by the Division of Undergraduate Education (UE) and the Division of Arts & Humanities (A&H) in partnership with the Disabled Students' Program (DSP) and the Berkeley Language Center (BLC).

The A&H Testing Center (AHTC), located in Dwinelle Hall at the BLC, provides final exam accommodations for students with disabilities who are approved for 150% extra time and a low-distraction environment. The Center is being established as a new project starting in Spring 2025.

To secure a spot, students must create an account with RegisterBlast, a test scheduling platform, and register for an exam day and time. Spots are limited, and the deadline for students to request to take their exam at the A&H Testing Center is Monday, April 28, 2025.

As a reminder, Spring semester finals will be held from Monday, May 12, 2025 through Friday, May 16, 2025 and RRR Week will take place from Monday, May 5, 2025 through Friday, May 9, 2025.

Eligibility

The A&H Testing Center is a pop-up pilot project to support final exam administration for students with testing accommodations who are taking courses in the Division of Arts & Humanities in the College of Letters & Science in Spring 2025. While we hope to expand this service in the future, for now, eligibility is restricted to instructors and students associated with courses offered by departments in the Division of Arts & Humanities. For any questions about who is currently eligible to use this service, please contact ahtesting@berkeley.edu.

Scheduling a Test

Students are responsible for submitting their own requests. If your course provides the option to take your exam with DSP accommodations you will be able register by going to bCourses and select A&H Testing Ctr for DSP on left navigation menu.
