Additionally, we'll share best practices for planning heavy tech days in the classroom. From recording engaging presentations to preparing for seamless course capture, we'll provide insights to help you navigate these tech-driven scenarios effectively.

Peter Heckel assists instructors with academic technologies such as bCourses and Poll Everywhere and implements initiatives and programs to make sure instructional tools are meeting faculty needs. Prior to working for Research, Teaching, and Learning (RTL), Peter taught for 14 years in Oakland public schools.

Jason Jung is a part of the Research, Teaching, and Learning (RTL) organization and is under the Classroom Technology Support team as an AV Support Specialist. Jason currently manages some of the auditoriums on campus, such as Pimentel, Wheeler, VLSB 2050, and LKS 245 and manages a team of students to assist with recording lectures for Course Capture. Jason was also a member of CTS (formerly ETS) while he was a student and majored in Data Science. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, baking, and muay thai.
