Check-out Kits for Instructors

Our Instructional Equipment Checkout catalog includes check-out kits for instructors to support various modes of instruction. Please visit the Instructional Equipment Checkout service page for more details.

Classroom Technology Standards

We have put together a set of example standardized room designs that can be used as a jumping off point for your project. These range from a basic AV setup, a Zoom Room and all the way up to a full General Assignment classroom. View the standards here - Classroom Technology Standards

Third Party Vendors

Through a competitive RFP process, the UC system's Procurement team has established systemwide contract agreements with these vendors. These agreements include audio and visual products, with associated professional services, available at a discount to all UC locations and projects that serve as options for departmental spaces AV design and installation.

Our team has direct experience with Key Code Media and One Diversified. We are happy to share our experiences with these two vendors with our UC colleagues upon request.

For Zoom Room specific installations, Zoom Professional Services is also an option that we have experience with. The UC Berkeley sales representative is George Mourgos (george.mourgos@zoom.us).

Please contact classroomav@berkeley.edu if you have any questions.
