We have put together a set of standardized room designs that can be used as a jumping off point for your project, as well of some examples of more customized solutions. Third Party Vendors
Through a competitive RFP process, the UC system's Procurement team has established systemwide contract agreements with these vendors. These agreements include audio and visual products, with associated professional services, available at a discount to all UC locations and projects that serve as options for departmental spaces AV design and installation.
Our team has direct experience with Key Code Media and One Diversified. We are happy to share our experiences with these two vendors with our UC colleagues upon request.
