Gradescope Scanner

The AIS has a bulk scanning station available equipped with a connected scanner capable of processing 60 double-sided pages per minute. Users can upload scanned assignments directly to Gradescope from the scanning station, save them via a file storage tool (Google Drive/Box), or store them on their own USB drive. AIS Scanner Instructions.

Reservations

The bulk scanning station in the AIS can be reserved using the reservation calendar. Reservations are required.

AIS Event Space

The AIS Event Space Reservation Process is closed to new external reservations through December 31, 2026.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Friday
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Closure Dates:

  • March 23 - 27, 2026
  • May 25, 2026

Location:  Dwinelle Hall, room 117 (Level D).

Directions: Enter through the main Dwinelle Plaza doors and take an immediate left. We are at the far south end of the hall.
