Join us on the last Thursday of each month for the UC Berkeley Cloud Computing Meetup, aimed at bringing together students, researchers, faculty, IT staff and the wider local community to learn, share and discuss our work in designing and operating services built on cloud computing architectures. This is a welcoming, inclusive community and hosts meetups that are open to everyone with curiosity in the topic -- no need to have any technical knowledge or experience to join!
This month the Cloud Meetup will host Cloud champion extraordinaire Kari Robertson, UC Office of the President Executive Director of Infrastructure and responsible for leading their successful cloud transition. She will share an inside view of digital transformation at UCOP, and talk about the interconnectedness of culture, innovation and what their organization needed to do to embrace new ways of working.
