The AIS event space supports hybrid meetings for instructors, researchers, and staff. Events primarily intended for students—including classes or student-run activities—are not permitted.
Events that include students in support of faculty or staff research or instructional goals may be approved at RTL’s discretion.
Note: A room rental or administrative fee may be introduced in the future to support space operations. Details will be provided when available.
Reservations are made within the academic calendar year, with at least two weeks' advance notice for upcoming events.
