On Thursday January 9 2020, BOA was updated with the following features and enhancements:
- Redesigned Student Page
When viewing an individual student's record in BOA, the default view has been updated to highlight the most relevant details, and allow the advisor to expand a student's personal details to get additional information:
Advisors can click on the "Show Personal Details"/"Hide Personal Details" link to expand/collapse the view of fields including a student's advisors, phone number, entering term, international status, or intended major - New Data on Student Page
The Student Page now includes details about each student's international status, advisor assignments, and intended major. - Cohort Filter: International Status
Advisors can now build BOA Cohorts based on a student's international/visa status (F-1, J-1, PR, and Other). - Current term: Spring 2020
Effective Friday January 10, the current term in BOA has been updated to Spring 2020.
