Join us on November 7, 2025, 9am - 4pm, for an engaging one-day symposium at UC Berkeley’s International House (I-House) to explore the impact of generative AI on teaching and learning at Berkeley.
Through dynamic presentations, interactive sessions, and thought-provoking panel discussions, the symposium will explore emerging tools, surface real-world use cases that illustrate how GenAI is being applied in teaching and learning at UC Berkeley, and foster critical conversations around its ethical use.
This event aims to bring together diverse perspectives - from those actively integrating generative AI in their classrooms, to those grappling with its impact on student learning, as well as those curious to learn more about its potential roles in teaching and curriculum.
The event is sponsored by the UC Berkeley Library and Research, Teaching, and Learning (RTL). It is made possible through financial support from the Berkeley School of Education (BSE), the College of Computing, Data Science, and Society (CDSS), and Berkeley IT, and strategic support from the Provost’s Advisory Council on Artificial Intelligence (PAC-AI)
Registration will open in early October.
