Do you use Jupyter notebooks as part of your teaching? Are you eager to enhance the accessibility of your notebooks to better serve your student needs? Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting, join us for the open office hour on best practices for creating accessible notebooks. Mark your calendars for our small group office hour on April 10th, from 4-5 PM where Datahub staff will be there to assist with your queries.

We'll spend the first 10-15 minutes discussing the current state of accessibility in Jupyter tools and how to create accessible notebooks by following the best practices recommended by researchers and practitioners. After that, we'll open the floor for questions and discussion.

Feel free to drop by anytime or stay for the entire session to benefit from your peers' questions and discussion!

This session is for anyone who:

  • Teaches or is interested in teaching using Jupyter notebooks
  • Is looking for practical tips to support students with disabilities using notebooks
  • Wants to follow the best practices to create accessible notebooks
