In this session, you will learn how to use Ally to quickly audit your bCourses pages and leverage SensusAccess to convert PDF files into more accessible formats (like docx and HTML). We’ll also cover how to apply best practices for making accessible slide decks—whether you use PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.

As we look ahead to upcoming Title II requirements, this workshop is designed to help you get familiar with key tools, build foundational skills, and start thinking about how accessibility fits into your course design, so you’re well prepared to apply these practices to future courses at a manageable pace.

This session will run for 45 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes reserved for questions.

NoteWe are offering this workshop four times this semester (last Wednesday of each month through April) to accommodate different schedules. You can select the one that best fits your schedule on the registration form.
