Notice: Video Recording in Progress
To protect your testing environment, ensure physical safety, and maintain a fair testing experience for everyone, CBTF is monitored by video surveillance.
By checking in and taking your exam in the CBTF, you acknowledge that video monitoring is active in this space.
Why We Record

- Safety & Security: To protect you, our staff, and equipment within the facility.
- Issue Resolution: To serve as a neutral reference if technical issues or disputes arise during your exam.
What is Monitored

- Screens: Screen-monitoring software may record activity on CBTF desktop computers during your session.
- Audio: Audio is NOT recorded
Your Privacy Matters
We treat all recorded footage as confidential student data.
- Strictly Limited Access: Footage is only reviewed by authorized CBTF staff, course instructors (if an issue is flagged), or campus conduct officers during active reviews.
- Never Shared: Your recordings are never broadcast, shared publicly, or used for promotional purposes.
- Secure Storage: All video is stored on secure, encrypted servers and automatically deleted after 30 days, unless tied to an active review.
